ECO 2019 POSTER GUIDELINES

The poster exhibition will be an integral part of ECO2019.

The poster exhibition will be located on the exhibition area of the congress centre.The area will be clearly signposted from the registration area.

Technical Instructions;

• Posters must be prepated in Portrait style.
• Please DO NOT prepare a landscape poster
• The dimensions should be 120 cm high by 85 cm wide ( Vertical )
• Posters should be attached to the boards with stickers, which will be supplied by the organisers.

Poster session schedule

Posters will be displayed and presented in two session as follows ;

PO1, PP1, PP2, PP3, PP4, CP1 and LBP1

Basic and Experimental Science – I
Childhood and Adolescent Obesity - I
Health, Behaviour and Environment - I
Management and Intervention - I

Poster on display: 28 and 29 April 2019
Poster session: 29 April - 1830 - 1930 hrs

Please plan to be at your poster and available to answer questions from delegates at the time of your assigned poster session. Posters will be displayed according to track and will be grouped by sub topic in numerical order.If you do not know your poster number, please contact the registration desk .

The use of official ECO and EASO logos are not permitted. Personal or Professional advertising in the poster sessions is also strictly prohibited.

Poster Mounting and Dismounting

• PO1, PP1, PP2, PP3, PP4, CP1 and LBP1 posters should be mounted from 1400 hrs on 28 April 2019.
  Note : you will not have Access to the poster area before that – please do not attempt to mount your poster before this time.
• Posters should be removed after 1930 hrs on 29 April 2019.
• Poster Pitches will not remove by 01 May 2019.
• Posters wil be removed and discarded if not removed by 0800 on 30 April 2019.
• PO2, PP1, PP2, PP3, PP4,CP2 and LBP2posters should be mounted from 0830 hrs on 30 April 2019.
  Note : you will not have Access to the poster area before that – please do not attempt to mount your poster before this time.
• Posters should be removed after 1430 hrs on 01 May 2019.
• Posters wil be removed and discarded if not removed by 1430 hrs on 01 May 2019.

Poster Pitch Sessions (PP1, PP2, PP3, PP4 )

Selected posters will also be allocated for Pitch Poster Sessions – these posters will be clealry marked. Poster pitch sessions will take place as fast moving oral sessions running alongside the poster sessions themselves. Each author is permitted a maximum of 3 minutes to present their poster, with online voting for the best pitches per session. Please note that you should create your poster as an oral prsentation.You will be permitted to just 1 slide ( with custom animation ) to describe your work.

Preparation of the presentation for Poster Pitch Session

• Please prepare your presentation for POSTER PITCH Session as an MS Powerpoint document.
• Only 1 slide per author is allowed, it should focus on the most interesting part of the traditional poster.
• The information is a full responsibility of the author.

Call4Posters® is an online service that offers the opportunity to create a Professional poster quickly and easily and enjoy the convenience of having your poster delivered onsite at the meeting.Ths service is available at the webaddress.
