About the SEC

The Location: The Scottish Event Campus (SEC) is part of a riverside campus located 5 minutes from the heart of Glasgow. The venue includes 5 on site hotels; train station; social programme venues, The SSE Hydro; Scotland’s National Arena, and national media head quarters. The principal hotel district is within walking distance and just a couple of minutes by taxi or train.

The Space: The Scottish Event Campus is a flexible, purpose-built venue. The conference facilities are located in close proximity to five interconnected exhibition halls offering 22,000m² exhibition space, and providing a compact and easy to use venue for delegates and exhibitors alike.

The Delivery: The SEC prides itself in creating effective partnerships with clients. Our aim is to understand our clients’ goals and help deliver on the objectives of the conference. The experienced venue team will work as an integral part of your delivery team, and our successful track record for staging large international association meetings will ensure the European Association for the Study of Obesity will be in a safe pair of hands.
